Credits, Billing & Payments Wallet credits and subscription fees are billed according to the pricing shown in the platform. Credits are generally non-refundable once used. Failed deliveries may be refunded based on provider responses and our logs. 5. Data & Privacy We process message metadata to deliver and track communications. You remain responsible for the data you upload. We do not sell customer data. 6. Service Availability We aim for high uptime, but service interruptions may occur. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from downtime. 7. Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. 8.
